Projects - Works for Queensland (W4Q)

The Works for Queensland (W4Q) program supports regional councils to undertake job-creating maintenance and minor infrastructure projects.

Townsville City Council has been allocated $19.5 million as part of the $200 million 2021-24 W4Q program. This allocation will deliver projects across the city which include upgrades to parks, playgrounds, lighting, irrigation and pathways.
